DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Maintain TimeClock – on a weekly basis review and verify hours, benefit time, accruals and salary time sheets.  Enter any extra hours, time without pay or adjustments to salary employees from time sheets.
  • Review that hourly employees have clocked in correctly for job costing
  • Export payroll hours and miscellaneous entries; verify and adjust prior to importing
  • Reconcile all benefit deductions with employee records and invoices
  • Prepare and submit self-billing invoices for benefits
  • Upload 401K, flexible spending and health savings account contributions
  • Assist with audit preparation and year end processing

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills and Ability: The ability to work with minimum supervision, follow through on projects, and complete tasks and assignments. Maintain strict confidentiality in regard to all Slocum-Dickson Medical Group P.L.L.C. matters either oral or written. Possess typing and phone skills. Knowledge of various computer software packages to include but not limited to; Microsoft Word, Excel. The ability to establish effective working relationships with associates inside as well as outside the group.

PHYSICIAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting and reaching. May require lifting up to 20 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment such as computer, fax, calculators and telephone. Requires normal hearing and vision.
