Benefits of Employer Services

Work related injuries not only hurt the injured party, they also have an enormous effect on the employer. It is estimated that the cost associated with occupational injuries and illnesses is about $250 billion annually. One way to lower these costs is by incorporating an occupational medicine program into your organizations overall plan. Slocum-Dickson’s Employer Services can help by assessing employees health prior to employment, monitoring employee health through various tests and screenings to ensure the safety of your workers, evaluating occupational injuries to minimize lost time and recommend ways to prevent work place injuries.
The resources available within our medical group allow injured employees to be quickly triaged by our Urgent Care Department and receive access to treatment by a variety of specialists, all in one location.
The goal of Employer Services is to provide testing and results in a timely manner and prompt evaluation and treatment of work related injuries to minimize employee downtime.
