Why I Chose Medicine

I was fortunate to grow up surrounded by family members who had careers in the medical field, and I always knew that someday I would pursue a career in healthcare. I chose to become a family nurse practitioner as it allows me to provide holistic care to diverse patient populations. Having the opportunity to assist patients to live healthier lives is of upmost importance to me. Being a nurse practitioner allows me to do this every day, which I am forever grateful for!
