Follow signs for 12 South.

•
At the off ramp, turn left onto Burrstone Road.
•
Continue on Burrstone Road through intersection (Friendly's, Utica College, Fastrac Station on corners).

Slocum-Dickson Medical Group will be on the left-hand side of Burrstone Road, 100 yards beyond intersection (look for the sign).

Take 5W to RT 51 - Otsego St. Exit
•
Continue on Otsego Street past Main St.
•

Turn right after the Bank into the Parking Lot

From Utica

Rt 49 North to Griffiss AFB/E Dominick St. Exit.
•
At the ramp bear right on to Wright Rd.
•
Wright Road becomes Hill Rd. (Rt 825)

Turn Left on Mohawk Dr.
•

•

•
